Using the marketplace

NIM Shopping connects buyers with independent sellers. You agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account and delivery information.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy from the relevant seller. Cash on Delivery is collected on delivery. Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed; the amount confirmed at checkout is what applies to your order.

Sellers

Sellers are responsible for their listings, stock, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable law. NIM charges a commission on each completed sale, deducted from the seller’s proceeds (after any seller-funded discounts).

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy.

Liability

The marketplace is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, NIM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
