Returns & refunds
If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order yourself, free of charge, any time before it ships — open the order from Your orders and choose Cancel order. The reserved stock is released immediately.
Returns after delivery
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a return. Reach out via our contact page with your order number and a short description (photos help). The seller reviews each request and arranges a pickup or replacement.
Refunds
For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is taken until the item is delivered, so a cancellation before dispatch means nothing is charged. Refunds for returned items are processed once the return is received and inspected. Online-payment refunds will be supported when online payment launches.
Non-returnable items
Some items (e.g. perishables, personal-care products once opened, or made-to-order goods) may not be eligible for return. The product page notes any such restrictions.
